Does anyone have any information regarding:

1) Mexican law(s) regarding metal detecting?

2) Puerto Vallarta, Mexico law(s) regarding metal detecting?

3) Any information about beach hunting and/or prospecting in the Sierra Madres, near Puerto Vallarta?

I am new to metal detecting so any information would be appreciated.
