This is an Oil Feed Pipe Assembly to an Austin Healey.

It also looks very similar to any number of custom tools for specific engines/motors for getting into tight spots.

I'm not surprised the mechanics didn't recognize it if it's from a different automaker or era.

Any markings?

There is no markings anywhere on it. That is what I look for first. I just added two more photos to help. But I appreciate your input 😁. What you said makes sense since none of the technicians here and this is a Chevrolet dealership have any clue.
