Aloha everyone,
My very first meteorite was found several years ago a day after Christmas while hunting for the first time at the Franconia Strewnfield in Az. WOW, talk about dog luck. Several other hunters went down a drywash and started heading up into the strewnfield so I had to take a shortcut over a ridge to catch up to them. Lucky for me I had my Whites GMT turned on. While dodging rocks and weeds my coil was swung over this guy and man did it scream. At first I didnt believe I had found one but after several of the other hunters saw what I had I was hooked and have been hunting and finding my share of them ever since.
Just remember to never turn you machine off until you get back to your vehicle!
