Well, it doesn't have any visible features which are chatacteristic of meteorites but it very clearly has melt and cooling features. If found in an area where there has been past volcanic activity then I would think it's lava-related... and, if not, something from a modern industrial process.
 

After more research, i have concluded that it is slag.
 

Slag has moved around a lot. It's been used for railroad beds to being finely crushed as asphalt fill to sanding roads in winter.
