Most meteorites are magnetic. I don’t ever hear about any being made of lead but that’s an interesting piece. :icon_thumright:
 

I think what you have is and old tire balance weight, missing the steel anchor and having been covered in asphalt at one time
 

What's mean very heavy? Could you check density? Looks like metal, so it can be some ore of.... silver (if it's very heavy).
