Methods of selling

First off this is neither an offer to sell or trade.

I would like to know the best way to sell an extra BH Quick Draw ll I received in a barter. It looks in very nice condition. It came with a bag and the pointer plus the paperwork. eBay is not my favorite place to do business so I would like to know of other venues and get a new home for these.
