It was really cold out there this morning. I have to go to the doctor later this afternoon about my leg, knee & foot. My leg swells up pretty bad when I hunt for any length of time so I wanted it like that when I went to the doctor. What better way to do it but to go hunting? So I did. NOT in the water today. I am not that hardy! But with two light jackets, a pair of gloves, a hat and headset on over my ears.... I was pretty warm and only felt the chill now and then. I actually did pretty good. I got my goal of 4 quarters, in fact I got 7 of them plus more clad for a total of $2.48. I also found a whatsit. It is a black rubber cylinder type thing with metal on the inside and is stamped Radio Shack but I have no idea what it is. I also found a Mickey Mouse item of some kind. It's not an earring. It's not a pendant. I have no idea what it is supposed to be but it's definitely Mickey. It has DISNEY stamped on the back. Well so I didn't find a fortune this morning but I got my goal so I'm happy.

Here are my finds.

Here is a front and back shot of the Mickey Mouse item. It looks like Mickey is standing on a big "C"

Nice work Mumzie!
All you need now is the M, I, K, E and Y!
The C is cute.
Take it easy on that leg!
Say, what kind of detector are you using down there?

Very nice finds. I think Oledavidboy kind of hit it. It looks like there might of been a loop on top. So it could be a charm off a bracelet that spelled MICKEY. Or it could be letter of someone name and it was on a necklace.

Clad always comes in handy. Yep, I am like you Mumszie--always gotta bundle up. For this ol' gal my circulation ain't what she use to be! And, well, I have always been a sucker for Mickey . . .

That looks like a radio shack headphone jack adaptor. I have one similar
