MILITARY WWI WWII Question PINS

I generally frequent the garage sale finds page. I recently acquired (auction) a set of military pins. Two in particular, PARATI RESPONDERE I need more information. I've been unable to track down this particular pin. Also, any information on the other items pictured would be greatly appreciated. I also have an honorable discharge pin (not pictured) that I'm hoping to get additional details on. Unfortunately, I've misplaced it in the pile of jewelry I purchased lady evening. Thanks in advance for any insight.
