MINELAB 305

Any opinions on this detector? I can get one for about $200 (prob less) but before I spend the money I would like to find out a little more about it. I have a teknetics 4000 and it's been great so far. Does the 305 have any more features that the 4000 doesn't?

Yes. It has ground balance, which your Delta does not... and the ability to switch frequencies with a coil change. The price you are quoting is a very good one!
