Minelab ctx 6"coil help!

I have a CTX and I am considering buying a 6 inch coil. I like to hunt a certain ghost town and homesteads where I live. Can anybody guide me and direct me? Anybody out there have good or bad experience with this coil?

Great coil. I have been known to use this one before the big 17" coil, but lately I've been seeking more coverage and depth so the 17" coil has stayed on my CTX. I don't feel the Coil Tek coil is worth it price wise.

I think it would be great for seperating the trash from good targets!

It stays on my machine except when I go to the beach. The dept is great, pinpointing is a breeze, and Seperate on is outstanding.

Yep - they work great. Superb seperation... excellent depth for the size. You will want to extend it further out than the stock coil, though because the light weight changes the balance of the machine.
