This is like new, the guy bought it used it a few hours and has been in his closet for a few years, what I call a closet queen, comes with the CD, manual, soft bag, new never used minelab digging tool, new never used Garrett pro pointer, an extra lower shaft, both batters with charger, a car charger, a set of Rat headphones. it is out of warranty but this is like buying a new one, vary vary clean, If I didn't have one already I would keep it....$850.....PAY PAL GIFT+ SHIPPING
