I don't think that there are many folks out there with a Pistol Probe. You may be better off selling the Minelab and buying one. This is just my opinion though.

I appreciate that. I've had zero bites. Makes sense.

Just to let you know in case you didn't the Detector Pro pistol probe has also been known to have issues there's a video on YouTube showing it. I had one and it did alright but I liked my Propointer better. Also they're manufactured in China which I didn't care for a whole lot.

Pistol probe sold for 50$ about a month ago was so upset I missed out

probe

I have a P Probe. I use it and love it but willing to trade.

Pistol Probe.....

I live in Oregon, had a PP and it would not work (would not tune to my ground!)because of all the magnetic/volcanic rocks here abouts? Sold it at a loss. They are also big! Like holding a 45 pistol with a 7 inch barrel, of course, not as heavy as a 45! Don't recommend them personally? Stick with the garrett. There is also one available with a "lifetime guarantee"? Name escapes me, right now! Pretty pricy, heard nothing but good things about it? Think it may be a PI type and I know it is tunable and will even detect small gold. I am sure someone here knows which one it is? Cost over $200.00 bucks new! I own a Falcon MD20 that is good for finding gold, but the best for finding coins, light, nice holster comes with it, pretty good on batteries and has a light, is the Garrett! Good luck!
