On the bottom of your bowls are the Imperial reign marks. This link tells how to read them,then click on ming dynasty on the left to date them. I cannot see them well enough to do it. If you need more help take a closer pic of the bottom marks. The writing on the outside is likely a poem.

I know nothing about authenticity or value.
They look too big for tea bowls measurements of diameter might help id also.
