mini stone razor blade?

Was walking alongside a creek and found this. Natural or ancient tool? The rounded part fits a finger perfectly, and stabilizes the object for cutting quite well.

It is an interestingly shaped stone, but I'm inclined to believe it's just a rock rather than a tool. Good eye though, you're looking for the right sort of things.
