I recently found a small glass teacup. It's cobalt blue, about 1" tall and about 1.5" in diameter. It's bowl was assembled in 3 "panels" - the seams are clearly visible. The handle was attached at one of the seams. It has raised flowers overlaid with a fish on each panel. There is a flower (but no fish) on the bottom. The inside of it has a V in a small circle. Any suggestions for how I can learn more about this cute little item? Thanks!
