Mint erro

Do u guys think this a mint error or damage post mint? The soda machine at work today wouldn't accept it so i took a look at it and this i assume is why..the right edge appears to double stamped

I would carefully trace the circumfrance...then check with a compass.I suspect it is not truly round and a double stamp like that may not be.If it is not round there are dealers who specialise in minting errors and have it checked out.let us know....interesting.
