Mint Error Draped Bust?

Hi all,

Some of you may remember my posting this Draped Bust copper last year. I found this in a cellar hole. I just noticed that the obverse and the reverse are not 180 degrees from each other. Notice the hole in the coin as a reference point in each picture. No I did not drill the hole I guess if it is an error the coin is ruined due to the hole bummer! It is still one of my favorite finds just the same, very unique. Any thoughts on this?

This is called a rotated die. Not that uncommon on the older dates. I dont think that it was as much of a big deal to have the dies pefectly rotated back in those days.

It may bring a small premium over a normally rotated reverse.
