MINWEGEN & WEISS MRG.CO.CHICAGO glass door push

I found this in a over 100yr old dump site a few years back and it reads

PUSH-at top MINWEGEN AND WEISS MFG.CO-middle and CHICAGO-bottom

I found very little info on this company and that they were a Saloon and Store Fixtures store on 195 & 197 E,WASHINGTON ST.

I'M surprised it survived in tacked being in a dump site..This piece is uncleaned and just washed off...Need to figure out how to clean it up some and display it..I will show some more artifacts from this site shortly..This is one of my favorite pieces from there with Chicago history..
