Misstruck 1944 D penny

I have a 1944 D penny that is really messed up - on the front there are dented scratches all over and on the wheat side all the letters are smeared
like it was done during the mint, these are not surface scratches and marks. Even the wheat is smeared.
Any value in a coin like this, considering the year and all?
