Hello! Newish member, haven’t posted much. I was out of the hobby for a couple years but I bought a new Mojave this spring and tried a little relic hunting at a stone foundation I found near my home. I thought it was strange that when I was experimenting in high discrimination and was getting pull tabs and bullet casings but I was just playing around. Last night I hit a park that’s always fun to hunt. I was not doing well and just for kicks maxed discrimination and dropped sensitivity down to just above 4 in high ground conditions. I dug 7 strong signals, crisp and loud, all were pull tabs at between 4 and 6 inches. What am I doing wrong here? HELP?
