I have a Fisher 1266X detector. I need to find a "sniper" coil for it. Fisher no longer makes a sniper for this machine. IF I can find a sniper for another Fisher model, and IF the connector is the same, will that sniper work on the 1266 ? This may sound like a stupid question, but I am concerned about frequency changes, the induction of the coil, etc, If one of you highrollers can help me out here, it would be greatly appreciated.
