Monday park finds just getting around to posting, help ID fob!!

got this stuff at a park in Columbia, SC. The fob is in pretty bad shape. I gave it a few 1 minute soaks in the electrolysis bath I think the bottom part is a patriot with a bayoneted rifle, Not sure about the top, any guesses?
