Monday park hunt

I tried posting this yesterday, but was having computer issues. So here goes, with beach crowds dwindling, I decided to hunt a park I've only hunted once a couple of years ago. I hunted from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. I normally hunt longer, but my allergies were making me a little miserable, so that's all I could take. I was finding plenty of pull tabs and the normal recent pocket change. I then hunted around the perimeter of the tot lot and found a surprise. A 1936 buffalo nickel It was only about an inch down The buffalo is only my second ever. That was the highlight of the hunt. Totals were $5.62 14 quarters, 5 nickels (buffalo included), 15 dimes, 37 pennies and 43 pulltabs

Thanks everybody ! My first buffalo nickel's date was worn off, so finding one with a date was a relief.

Nice grab! I have horrible allergies also, Target sells generic Claritin D, very reasonable and works great for me!

I had left my Claritin at work and the park was in the opposite direction. I took one this morning and felt much better.

Thanks, fortunately all the pull tabs were shallow.
