Stopped today again, for few hour hunt. Come to find out why I was having a hard time yesterday with the detector. The owners have a electric fence for the dogs..lol
No wonder why I couldn't get the darn thing the settle down! !!
So they shut it off for me..
Wow what a difference. .
Anyway a few silvers and a flat button.
Not sure what the silver thing is with the name MARY, AND yhe brass thing is. If anyone knows please chime in.

sweet finds been a long time since I dug a barber

im not sure what the Mary item is, perhaps a handle to a brush or some type of cosmetic thingy, that's a nice button and buckle, not too shabby on the barbers either
good hunting George!

Thanks Chris,
and good luck tomorrow.
Hopefully i can catch up with you guys.

Great day for sure Vino ! If it looks like the end is broken off on the silver piece - I'm thinking it might be part of a handle to a letter
opener - or perhaps part of a piece to a vanity set .

Great day with the silver!!

That's not right with the electric fence for the dogs. Lol

More nice finds, and that Barber quarter in the dirt is some nice "detector porn"...

Wow. Sure looks like it made a difference!! Very cool!

VINO IN PIC 5 I HAVE A BUCKLE LIKE THAT AND ABOVE THE DRAGON TEETH IT SAYS PARIS ON IT ? THE OTHER ITEM LOOKS TO BE EITHER A PEICE TO A MONOGRAMED BUTTER KNIFE HANDLE OR LADIES MIRROR???? DOES THE BUTTON HAVE ANYTHING ON ITS FRONT?? NEAT GROUP.....

You seem to be a silver magnet now George. Nice going on the coins and what looks like a Victorian era silver pin or brooch. And that is a nice little 18th century knee buckle you're holding there which is easily the oldest find from the hunt. Glad you're continuing to get out on a regular basis. Have a great weekend!

Nice bunch of silver finds as well as the rest.

Congrats.

Maybe that silver piece belongs to Mary the 2nd? Lol. Very nice knee buckle. That's the winner for me!!

It's always great digging barbers my second favorite to dig!

Nice modern silver George, nice buckle too. I wonder if Mary knew Dorothy?
