here is a few of my favorite finds. first is a bar weight that i found in union township, butler county. second is just a killer blade from highland county.third, an axe from the same place that quartz whatzit came from. lastly a pic of a display i have. thanks for letting me share and i hope i sized these correctly.

Those are some cool finds, I see several great pieces. (The dove, the thebes, the bar weight, a couple of gorgets, etc.)

Nice looking pieces Mike. That Bar Atl-Atl Weight is really sweet. Is it made from Pipestone? Nice Thebes, Dovetaill, Axes, and a myriad of other Ohio types. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Do you ever go to any shows? Did you happen to go to the AACA show in July? Just wondering if I may have met you before.

i still cant believe the thebes went untouched by the plow. those lightning lines are translucent. upper mercer maybe?

thanks srv, ive lurked on your posts a long time. the bar i think is quartz.as far as shows go, ive never been to one but i would love to.
