The Kinks music is as relevant today as when they wrote it 40 plus years ago. The sound still fits the times today. The first video is proof of that, take time and listen to the words. I chose Ray Davies singing it because on the Kinks version it's harder to hear the words.

The kinks music was always a mixture of humor and the times.
