Found this today in the same field in MA that I found a horse drawn plough and axe head. Again, it was 8 to 10 inches down. Now I just need to find out what it is. lol Any ideas?

Don't know the proper name of it but its a part to cutting bar for heavy weeds. I always called them sickle bar. Like giant hedge clippers lol sorry best way I can describe it. Lol HH.

Yep, pug got it right. Part of a sickle bar mower. Its called a tooth.
