Correction to pictures in last post. Didn't want to overload you at once. Also if you seen the big silver ring you might have noticed the heart /diamond necklace in the background.
Here is the Aquamarine ring picture vice the 4.5 silver ring and the Heart Pendant with 11 diamonds.
