Well, those marked bags of cents were a bit disappointing. Total of 41 wheats in the 4 bags, nothing older than 42. did manage to pull a George VI though. Got to work today, was doing my rounds when the lady at the service desk called and asked if I wanted the "funny money". I said yes, obviously:




Not a bad way to start the day. Love the fact that the ladies are lookin out for me at work.

Funny that they called it "funny money". Last week, combining a stop at the grocery store with a stop at a bank to pick up a box of halves, I walked past the store Coinstar and found a nice brown 1940 penny, the only coin in the reject tray beside a crusty zincoin - that I left.
