hello all,


spend two hours hunting at my favorite beach, few coins, one junk ring and two gold rings
a really great moment; one of the two gold rings is very heavy 15.50 grs, there's a coat of arms on it
it represente an old noble french family...

Very nice rings.... That is a very unusual design on the ring with the crest indented into the ring wonder why it was made like that..... maybe a seal ring

A seal ring, yes that is what I was thinking. Back in the days when they used to put a blob of wax on an envelope and then seal it with a stamp or ring. Cool Find!
