MP3 PRO detector

Does anyone use one of these? any comments or tips? I never saw one till yesterday, did download the manual. Bob

Probably one of the worst detectors ever. I had the MPX bought from Kellyco on eBay. To detect a 3" freshly planted dime with repeatable beep, I had to sweep the detector about 8 feet per second. And then every sweep it IDed as half dollar, which apparently was where it IDed when it didn't know.

These detectora are made in China & it seems nobody but Kellyco carries them in North America. I called Kellyco to return it, we agreed to refund less shipping. They also said why didn't you tell us you lived in Minnesota? We would've told you it doesn't work there! Best wishes, George (MN)

The MP series, the Viper and Cobra detectors, they are all China made Kellyco brands. Why they sell them I will never know, unless their profit per unit is huge.
