August 1 1945 Red Cross pin on the left. Don't know the musketeer though.

It was a confusing search for the first one. This one seemed to offer a bit of information:

1945 Swiss National Day Brass August 1st (Switzerland National day) pin badge made by Huguenin from Le Locle, Switzerland. Mother and child, Swiss Cross and Huguenin on the front of the badge. It has "August" in the 4 official languages of Switzerland (German, French, Italian and Romanche); 1; 1945 stamped on the back. It measures approx. 3 cm x 2.50 cm and weighs about .4oz.
