Excellent rings!!! That said, I think you're mistaken about the 1962 nickel being silver - the only silver nickels I'm aware of are the 194? war nickels.

Nice haul there, congrats!
$32 in clad...wow, and the rings, well done.
The "War time" Nickels are the only US silver nickels, 1942-1945 as the US was using all the coin alloys for war use for planes and bombs, so they used copper/silver... 30% silver.
