Nice, what a great day, thanks for sharing. Great video also. HH

Love the vid and your excitement as well. Hard to describe how neat it is to find old silver to a person who doesn't have the bug. Literal Christmas in July. Congrats my friend.

You got that right. They wonder why you're so exited and can't stop smiling.

Wow! Great hunt!

Love that silver spill. . . your Standing Liberty quarter appears to be a "Variety I" (no stars under the eagle). . . which would make it either a 1916 or 1917 :)

You must have a daughter, i see you got your nails did lol. Great video mate

awesome finds, awesome silver, awesome video, congrats

Hey DigginChicago,

Nice finds!

Your standing liberty quarter is a type one variety. The type one's were only minted in 1916 which is the first year of that quarter or first 4 months of 1917. The Eagle on the reverse is low and does not have the 3 stars underneath it. If it's a 1916, is worth some $$$$. I know this because I too found a type 1 recently while metal detecting in a gold rush area. I found 4 quarters in all and none of them I can read the date but one of them has the low eagle like yours which is a type 1. Have it checked out at a good coin shop.
