Got out today with my son detecting a couple of spots. Finally got a 1918 Buffalo nickel, its been over a couple of months without finding one, got a bunch of wheat cents, a Canadian penny and a 1935 Washington quarter that was resting against a wire twist tie at 2". Its the second silver coin I recently found that was close to a wire twist tie. The pendant is a Jewish religious pendant the eyelet looks silver, but the pendant looks to be pewter. My son got 2 mercs. and a silver Washington quarter plus some wheats. Over all a great day!
