i have only started detecting a bit over a year ago. having taken a disability pension from the v.a., i was telling my sister i was thinking about metal detecting. aout a week later a package arrives..a bounty hunter gold digger, this thing just beeps at anything metal without giging you a clue what it is. a lot of digging and i was hooked, and bought a delta 4000 teknetics. the second day i had it i found a 1926 buffalo, rechecked the hole and this gold ring with amythest and 2 small diamonds appeared. i sent it to my sister and it fit perfectly and told her thanks again for getting me started. the pic is the ring on her finger and then all my first year ring finds but the first ring the god one is my favorite

yep it is addicting i found this silver one and she snatched it up ...lol. it was her size
