My finds today but have no clue as to what these pins are

Any one have a clue as to what these are or a date?

WW1 era collar disc, and the other thing is most likely a Fraternal Order of Eagles pin. It is the same motto as theirs anyway, probably topped a ribbon, maybe from a convention.

thank you for the info on the collar pin. I had no clue it was that old. I have to go back there and do some more searching
