Fan Dime Tastic. Now that the monkey is off your back may you find many more this year. Grats and thanks for postin'

I’ve never seen a barber that worn. Man if that little piece of history could talk. Congratulations my friend

Everybody sure got their money's worth out of that Barber Dime. Nice find!

That's were the expression "one thin dime" came from :laughing7: That coin was probably in circulation during the depression when many silver coins were worn flat through excessive exchange. "Don't have two nickles to rub together" I believe also stemmed from that era.

congrats on your first barber. I have been detecting one year and have exactly one barber. it is still my oldest silver coin. Thanks for posting

A real milestone - congrats on your first Barber !

Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!

And here's to many more to come

Wow! Whoever last owned that Barber must have used it for a brake pad, but a great find all the same!

Congrats, worn or no, it's still a barber and it's still silver...

Any silver is a bonus, Congrats! Now go find a Seated next!

that is one warn barber - but i'd take it 10 times out of 10 - congrats!
