So I got a box of nickels today and I am very happy with that I found
1940 x2
1941 x3
1942 x2
1943
1944
1946 x2
1947 x3
1948
1949
1951
1953
1955 x3
1957 x5
1958 x4
1959 x3
1 Canadian
So not bad 4 silver. I understand the pre 1960 are more valuable but guessing for collectors only? Some reading shows 1960-1964 are collectable also anyone know for sure?
Also found a 1972 very shinny nickel any way to tell if it is a proof? Or are the proofs any more rare then the normals?
