My First Cool Finds!

Hey-
On my fourth hunt ever, which happened to be on my birthday, I found the earrings pictured below. They were looped together, which I hear is rare, and I was pumped to find 'em!
I also found that butterfly hairpin. (Nothing special)

The earrings are marked with "Italy" & "975"

I have cleaned them up and Mrs. Cash likes 'em!

are you sure it was .975? I'm not tryin to doubt your word but I personally never heard of that.. only .925 or .950... if it is .975 that means it is 97.5 % silver that is all but pure fine silver.....
