Sorry, but I don't think it has any value other than scrap.
File on an edge and tell us what color the metal is.
It's not stainless or lead.
Could be brass.

This exactly the way to shape a piece used to reinforce a welded 90 degree joint. the small cut at the 90 degree apex is there to clear the buildup of welded metal in the joint. Looks to be cut with a torch or a plasma cutter. I'm surprised it's not magnetic.
