It was a great one. I was thinking the worst about my Etrac repair. Screen would intermittently go blank or just show crazy trails all over. Sent it in expecting a hefty bill. They replaced the LCD no charge and it wasn't even under warranty! Love that kind of service. 
Minelab. I always had great experiences with Whites in the past but had heard so many negative things about Minelab. This changed my mind. Now I'm ready to go again.
