My first MD Please don't let me messup

Ok I think I have decided on the Garrett Ifinium ls for my first MD I have read allot and everyone seems to think it is a very good machine? I will use it in the water in Galveston and when I go diving I also will use it allot up in east Texas on my farm relic hunting and things of that nature. Also I live very close to the SannJacinto monument so maybe I can find some remains of the old battle. The question is where do I order it from please help I have done allot of searching on line and every one has them but who has them at the best price and what is the best price I should expect? Also what else do I need ? Thank you for all your help. Danger

I have not purchased from them but on another thread, the following web site was given as a good place to shop. I saved it for future reference. At least that will give you a point of comparison.

http://www.kellycodetectors.com/detectors.htm

I've purchased detectors there before. Never had a problem.
Try not to let them sell you too many unnecessary items.

Kellyco is a good place to Buy.

Make sure to get a Good set of Headphones. KOSS are fine,
they have a Lifetime warranty.

And a Stainless steel Digger.

also
A sand scoop may be in order since you said you'll use it in water.

and of coursea pouch for trash & Treasure.

from there,

The rest is just to make you comfortable.

Good luck with your Infinium. Here is a Infinium forum for you to talk to other users.

Actually a lot of folks don't recommend a PI for a first time user. You have to remember that you
don't have the discrimination features of a regular VLF. Discrimination features of a PI are rudimentary.
However as an owner of a 2 tone PI myself(GS5) I think you will be impressed with the depth and the
challenges of learning metal ID with a PI.

Take the time to learn your machine
Have fun
