I went to the local Wells Fargo today and talked to my favorite teller. She had a $10 dollar roll and $5 of loose Half dollars.
No silver in any of them but what else do I look for and which ones to look out for?
I asked about coins and how to go about getting boxes from them and how to return them to her.
They asked for them to be rolled up again. They send it out to be counted from what she said.
$500 for a box for half dollars I guess if I remember correctly, she told me someone ordered 2 boxes of them, never picked them up and they ended up returning them. Since my mom visits this bank and buys them Starbucks, food items and gifts often they all love to help me out.
I also have a big bag of half dollars that my late step father collected and left behind with his stamps and other things I need to go through.
Once this box get's here on Monday-Tuesday I will be going through them! Any tips on what to look for in half dollars except the silver ones? Thanks!
