Keep looking. Might be a Merc there for you too!

Always nice to see people on here around my age! (17) Good luck and happy hunting!

Congrats.. hope you get to enjoy the hobby for many years to come.
Any silver makes for a great day.
Thanks for sharing

Well done finding your first Roosevelt dime. I'm finding that they are tougher to find then mercury dime. This mostly due to the fact that the mercury dimes were made for many more years then the Roosevelt dimes so there are many more of them.

Thanks for sharing a nice dig and those pictures

Is that your first silver coin?? If so, congrats- I still have mine- a 1961 Rosie found in April of 1991. If not, congrats on finding a real nice first year coin!

Continued success to you!

Nope not my first. My first was a 1943 mercury dime I found a another location that was about 5 months ago.

Sure wish I could find silver in my back yard buddy!:occasion14:

Awesome find. It's in really nice shape too.

I got my first Rosies two days ago but they look horrible. Not complaining but your looks great.
Congrats.
