My Gold Hunt Hefe 2012

Those that made it to Soupie's Field of Fools hunt last year got to enjoy Gold Hunt Hefe 2011 which was a hybrid recipe between my own ideas and Kimsdad's recipe. Well this year is even better. I invested in better equipment, studied brewing techniques, and got advice from professional brewmasters. Ladies and gentlemen, Gold Hunt Hefe 2012 is ready. A traditional Baverian Hefeweizen with the perfect balance of sweet banana and spicy clove, fantastic head retention all the way till the last sip, and an ABV of 5.2%. Too bad Bomber's hunt got cancelled (boo Cook Co. FP) because I have a 5 gallon keg of this I was going to bring!

I concur. Who says we can't meet up and drink a keg, right? Unless now the FP is going to ban that too....Jeez, they may as well just ban going there all together.
