This is going to take three postings cause I can only do twenty pics at once...enjoy! The bottom two rows is the haul from today. The rest is from the same area which consists of two merging creeks. Comments are welcome...I'm still learning! :dontknow:

What "TOTALLY" beautiful camera shots---please tell us your camera type and the 'hints' you use to get such detail,etc. Are you wetting the points just before shooting ? Reveal your secrets.....and, BTW, the points and material are eye candy,too!!!!
 

Camera is a Fujifilm FinePix S700. 7.1 mega pixel - macro and super macro settings. IANAP (I am not a photographer)!! I use the automatic settings for most of my shots. Tripod helps with getting good closeups. All the pieces are dry. I just find 'em, clean them up by rubbing the dirt off by hand, take 'em home and post 'em!!
