My oldest coin... Found on Dutch settlers land

Went out with my sweetheart today just to see what I had missed with my borrowed metal detector and was detecting a hole I had already dug and found this Netherlands coin. I was so happy because I thought it was a U.S. coin... oh well, I will keep on digging!

Congrats on your 1878 Netherlands cent, a nicely aged & groovy coin! My oldest coin so far is a 1923, so I'm still aiming to break into the 1800's. Andi
