My only other find was a coin which was so toasted I didn't think it would ever show any detail. I have had it soaking in MS 70 and just now lightly buffed it with Jeweler's rouge ..To my surprise, I can see some detail coming through the front. The back has not yet shown itself. Any guesses as to what it might be?

Here is what the back of the coin looks like this morning. I think it says 17-- .
I put some red dots on what looks like a seven under the loop, but maybe I am imagining things.
