I can't find anything reference info about this piece anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas?

Just browsing and spotted this old post. For future reference this is Limoges ware from Delinieres and Company. The mark in green puts it between c1894-1900. It's styled on a 'Turkish' coffee pot, but I would think probably intended to be used for water.
